Service of Process for Legal Documents

To effectuate service of process of any legal documents to CashNetUSA, please follow the process below. Note that any requests should also follow all federal, state and local rules for the service of process and that any requests that fail to follow the process below will be redirected to this page to follow such process before the request can be processed.

“Legal documents” refer to any legal notices, instructions, orders or similar documents that are issued by a court or government agency, or in connection with any lawsuit or legal proceeding, and addressed to CashNetUSA. These include, but are not limited to, subpoenas, summons and complaints, court orders, foreclosure documents, governmental inquiries, and money judgments.

Service of any legal documents on CashNetUSA should be made to its register agent, CT Corporation System. Please consult CT Corporation System’s register agent locations to serve these documents to the appropriate local address for each jurisdiction by clicking the button below.
