Terms and Conditions
Referral program is not available to Wisconsin residents. CashNetUSA and its affiliates ("CNU") reserve the right to discontinue and/or adjust the terms of the referral program without notice. Referral program available only to current customers in good standing (i.e. no payments in default). Employees of CNU are not eligible to participate in the referral program. Referral program is void where prohibited or unlawful.
*For each successful referral, you will receive a credit to your CNU account in the amount of $20 as a reward, except if you are an installment loan customer. If you are an installment loan customer, you will receive a 20% discount on the simple interest rate applied to your next installment loan with CNU as a reward for your referral.
Multiple referral rewards can be applied to the same CNU transaction. For example: If you earn two referral rewards and your next transaction with CNU is a payday advance, then a total credit of $40 (2 x $20 = $40) will be applied to your transaction. If your next transaction with CNU is an installment loan, then a 20% discount will be applied to the simple interest rate of your loan. If you earn two referral rewards and your next transaction with CNU is an installment loan, a total discount of 36% will be applied to the original interest, not 40%. If you have earned more than three referral rewards, please contact our customer service team at 888.801.9075 to determine your total discount.
After your referred friend has successfully entered into a transaction with CNU, it may take up to 72 hours for the referral rewards to be posted to your account. All referral rewards will be automatically applied to your next CNU transaction. Each referral reward is valid for three months from the time it is posted to your account and is valid only once. If a referral reward is not used within three months, it is forfeited. Referral rewards are nontransferable. For each friend you refer, you are eligible to receive only one reward.
A friend will be deemed to have been successfully referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if: (i) the referred friend is not already a CNU customer and (ii) the referred friend applies for and receives a CNU loan.
Please note: If you decide to refer a friend, CNU will automatically send an email to your friend. Your name will be in the title of the email to alert your friend that he or she is being invited to participate in the CNU referral program. Your referred friend must apply using the referral link included in the email sent to your friend. If your friend applies without using the link, CNU will not be able to verify the referral, and you will not receive a reward for that referral. CNU is not responsible for any bank fees, including but not limited to, late fees and NSF fees incurred from a misapplied referral reward. Referral reward discount code must be redeemed at the time of application.
