As of November 11, 2008, CashNetUSA will be switching its service offerings to Ohio customers from our former payday loans to new Mortgage Loan Act loans (MLA).
The passage of House Bill 545 in the Ohio legislature means that we will no longer be able to issue payday-type loans under the Check Cashing Loan laws. However, the introduction of our new MLA loan option will help to ensure there is no disruption of service to you, our valued customer.
This new loan service will behave much the same as our former payday loans; you can still apply online from the convenience of home, get instant approval2 and receive up to $1000 by the very next day. Plus, the finance charges for MLA loans will be less than for our existing payday loans in most cases. View the fee comparison below:
NOTE: If you have an existing loan due on or after November 11, 2008 issued under the Ohio Check-Cashing Loan Act, the terms and conditions of your loan as outlined in the duly executed loan agreement will remain in full force and effect until the loan is paid-in-full.
