The Quality Assurance Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that our internal call center system is working properly during normal business hours. The role is also responsible for checking call center actions in the system and helping the call center research difficult customer questions. The analyst is expected to provide feedback to his/her manager as well as the training department on items that are found to be problematic.

• Reconcile daily bank reports and collections figures, perform checks and balances on system and maintain maximum quality of system
• Liaise with bank to troubleshoot reconciliation issues
• Work closely with the call center to research and resolve advanced customer issues
