The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for managing and directing the call monitoring, training and customer survey functions within the Quality Assurance Department. He/she will be expected to drive improvements in all functions and track quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics for customer service operation activities.
Essential Function:
• Manage and direct the Call Monitoring, Training and Customer Survey functions to lead improvements in call handling and enhance the customer experience
• Develop and implement programs to eliminate unnecessary calls and improve customer satisfaction
• Evaluate current procedures and drive continuous improvement in monitoring efforts including standardized templates for each queue or function, calibration and associate training and coaching on critical attributes and behaviors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree; MBA a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to resolve conflicts
