Essential Functions:
Lead and manage full life cycle of infrastructure projects for our mission-critical applications, products, and services. In doing so, you will gain exposure to many areas of our business while driving your projects through completion and ensuring results.
Develops high level and detailed project plans. Prioritizes tasks, makes work assignments, and establishes deadlines. Coordinates the development, testing and implementation activities for each project.
Provides project leadership and technical direction for assigned staff. Evaluates and provides performance evaluation feedback to management.
Assists IT senior management in developing a roadmap for infrastructure strategy and systems implementation that meets strategic business and technical objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Technical QA Engineer

• Create/Update test cases based on new/updated functional requirements

Job Description:
The United States Fraud Prevention Manager is responsible for (A) overseeing all U.S. anti-fraud initiatives, (B) managing portfolio risk by optimizing balance between volume and loan losses, (C) assisting Global Fraud Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors and anti-fraud experts, and (D) developing new fraud prevention strategies and ensuring that current strategies are being executed correctly.
This role will manage at least 2 anti-fraud analysts and will involve individual execution of tasks and projects in addition to managing and delegating. The role also requires close collaboration with CNU Analytics, Operations and Business Technology groups in order to execute fraud prevention strategies and maintain awareness of high-risk issues.
This role requires heavy strategic thinking, data/risk analytics, people-management and project prioritization. Highly driven candidates without specific fraud prevention experience (but that meet the skill and qualification requirements listed below) are encouraged to apply

Operations Support Engineer

Reports to: Manager of IT Operations

Essential Functions:
• Interface with Operations QA group and remediate transactions using Ruby
console and/or SQL. Some samples of items that the Operations Support Engineer would be required to do are withdrawing improper loan extensions, ensuring returns from the bank are updated in the system properly, and cleaning up customer accounts.
• Assist the marketing team with various transactions: coupon updates, adding new lead provider vendors and adjusting lead tier cutoffs.
• Upon identification of a system bug, perform root cause analysis, recommend fix, document as required and work with Development to investigate and
resolve.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with SQL queries, scheduled jobs, and
reports.
• Assist users with SQL Manager and SQL queries.
• Respond in a timely manner to helpdesk tickets generated about operation systems issues.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Scripting in languages such as bash, Perl, Ruby
• Programming in PL/pgSQL
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
