- How much money can I receive?
- New customers may receive up to $700. Your CashNetUSA loan amount is based upon the information you provide in your online loan application and the laws of your state of residence. After repayment of your loan, we may increase your loan amount on future CashNetUSA loans. Visit our Rates and Terms page for more information.
- What time will the funds be in my bank account?
- If your application is approved by 9:00pm CST on Monday through Thursday, you will generally receive your funds on the following business day. If your application is approved after 9:00pm CST on Thursday but before 7:00pm CST on Sunday, you will receive funds on Monday (unless Monday is a bank holiday). The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day, but do not see the funds in your bank account, you should contact your bank’s ACH department. They should be able to tell you when the funds will become available. View our Loan Funding Schedule for more information on funding times.
- What are my repayment options?
- We will send you a payment reminder email at least one day before your loan is due. Your repayment options on your payday are:
Pay-in-Full: You may pay the full amount of principal and fees due on your loan. OR
Extend: If the option to extend is available in your state and you are eligible to extend (please refer to our Rates and Terms page), you may pay only the fees due on your loan. The principal and new fees will be due on your next payday. OR
Extension and Partial Payment: If the option to extend is available in your state and you are eligible to extend (please refer to our Rates and Terms page), you may pay the fees due on your loan and a portion of the principal due on your loan. The remaining principal and new fees (adjusted downward based on your partial payment of principal) will be due on your next payday. - Do I need to fax or e-mail any documents?
- There are some instances where proof-of-income is required prior to the receipt of a loan. Proof-of-income may include a government benefits award letter or a recent bank statement displaying regular deposits. If you are self-employed, please fax a copy of a recent bank statement to (866)326-5265 in order to expedite the verification process. You may be required to fax us proof-of-income if you receive alimony, disability or social security benefits. Certain states require proof-of-income prior to the receipt of a loan. Please review our Rates and Terms page for more information about regulations in your state.
- If I am approved for a loan on Saturday or Sunday, when will receive the funds?
- If your loan is approved before 7:00pm CST on Sunday, the funds will be deposited on Monday. If your loan is approved after 7:00pm CST on Sunday or Monday is a bank holiday, the funds will be deposited on the next business day.
Installment Loan
A medium-term loan, usually with a higher principal amount, that is repaid gradually in installments over four or five months. The loan may be repaid early at any time with no prepayment charges.

A short-term loan provided by one of the lenders we work with and repaid upon your next payday. As a Credit Services Organization, CashNetUSA will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third party lender and service that loan once it is issued.
