- How much money can I receive?
- Existing customers may receive up to $1,500, while new customers may receive up to $750. Your first CashNetUSA loan amount is determined by the information you provide in your application and the laws of your state of residence. Check our Rates and Terms page for more information about your state's requirements. After successful repayment of your loan, your future loan amounts may increase.
- What time will the funds be in my bank account?
- If you apply by 9pm CST Monday through Thursday, you will typically receive your funds on the following business day. You may also apply by 7pm CST Friday through Sunday for Monday deposit. The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to be funded on a certain day, but do not see the loan amount in your bank account, you can contact your bank’s ACH Department. They will be able to tell you when the funds will become available. View our Loan Funding Schedule for more information on funding times.
- What are my repayment options?
- We will send you a re-payment reminder email one to two days prior to your loan due date. Your repayment options are:
Pay-in-Full: You repay your loan principal plus fees and/or interest. Your end-of-loan action is set to pay-in-full, extensions are all exhausted or you requested to pay-in-full via email, phone or online chat.
Extend: You only pay the fees and/or interest and roll the loan principal over into a new loan contract. Your end-of-loan action is set to extend or an extension was requested via email, phone or online chat. NOTE: Not all states allow extensions. Partial Payment: You repay a portion of the loan principal plus fees and/or interest. Your end-of-loan action is set to extend and a partial payment was entered or an extension was requested via email, phone or online chat. - Do I need to fax or e-mail any documents?
- There are very rare instances where proof-of-income is required. Proof-of-income may be a benefits award letter or bank statement displaying regular deposits. If you are self-employed, please fax a copy of your most current bank statement to 866.326.5265 in order to speed up the verification process. If you receive alimony, disability or social security benefits, you may need to fax us proof-of-income as well. Some states require proof-of-income for a loan to be funded; check our Rates and Terms page for more information about your state’s regulations.
- If I am approved for a loan on Saturday or Sunday, when will receive the funds?
- If your loan is approved before 7:00pm CST on Sunday, the funds will be deposited on Monday. If the loan is approved after 7:00pm CST or Monday is a bank holiday, the funds will be deposited on the next business day.
