I recently was in need of a loan, at the time that i applied i went ahead and file for the extension, knowing that it was going to take me a bit to save the money to pay it back. I have had several loans in the past and have never had any problem paying back what i owe and did not expect to this time with the extension i was given. Unfortunatly, during the period of my loan, and on into my extension, things seem to go from bad to worse. I obtained a back injury which took me out of work for a week. Than, withing days of returning back to work, my daughter, who lives out of state, basically alone and pregnant with her first child, decided she was going to go into labor and have this huge baby, (georgeous, but huge) after delivery she required minor surg. and 72 internal sutures. Needless to say, here i go rushing the 8 hour drive to her, stayed for 3 days. in all i missed 1wk, 3 days of work, my check was sad and not even enough to cover my awaiting debt. till the very last minute i attempted to get the money to pay my loan. in the end, i knew my loan would go through as a insufficient charge so i broke down and text, via "live chat" 

first i was greeted by Rene, in customer service, explained the situation to her, and yes the story was just as long, but she listened patiently and with empathy, she explained that although she understood, she could not help me in that department but that they could in collections, she than asked how i would prefer to speak with them, (phone or chat) and then not only did she connect me, but she introduced us. she was very sweet, instantly i felt like maybe it would be ok and they did not think i was trying to rob them or i was trash.

At that point i spoke with alicia, in collections, again i recieved the same curtious service, making me feel like i had nothing to feel bad about and they were pleased to help me.  alicia took the time to review my chart and then gave me a resolution that was not only very helpful. due to the fact that my check had not gone through the bank yet, i would have to wait and see how the bank handles the transaction on their part. But alicia reassured me that all our conversation and agreement  would noted and ready for when and if i needed to call back. instantly i felt so much better, NOT ONCE DID ANYONE MAKE ME FEEL BAD OR LIKE I WAS A LIAR OR CHEAT. AT NO TIME WAS I EVER TREATED WITH ANYTHING BUT RESPECT AND PATIENCE. which, considering how much i text and how long winded i am, probably was a little nerve wracking.

At the end of the conversation, i was again thanked for my buisness, asked if all my questions and needs were addressed and bid a good evening.  Not only would i like to thank CashNet for their financial assistance,  but i would especially like to thank Rene and Alicia for there professionalism and kindness……i will definitally be a long time customer of CashNet……although hopefully someday i will not need to be………….if more buisnesses where like this, it would actually be a pleasure to shop and associate with thy neighbor.   hopefully management will read this, pass it on to these two girls, and maybe even buy them lunch….They deserve it, a company isnt successful without a good crew, and with these two you are already successful without making a dime.LaughKissWinkCool
