This is the worst loan company I've ever used!! The customer service was garbage and the loan rates were even worst. After trying out CashNetUSA, NEVER again will I utilize their services or recommend them to anyone. I ran into communication problems with their operators again and again.Thanks to facebook, CashNetUSA is now infamously known as the new loan shark in dallas, congratulations.

Good luck speaking to a manager. HAHAHAHAAHA. I have asked to talk with a manager multiple times and was told they are all unavailable and when I call again their voicemail is supposedly full. Whatever. They are sharks. I am never getting a loan from here again either. At least you get a response from them I guess. What a mess this is.

If I EVER get out from under this "loan" I will NEVER use Cashnetusa again. I was given incorrect information, different information each time I called, and am being told to make a payment that amounts to over 25% of my income. In addition, my rent(which is subsidized) plus my loan payment will add up to just about half of my check. I researched before calling Cashnetusa. Boy did i ever make a big mistake in taking out a loan with them. Their customer service is not at all sympathetic and bordered on rude. I DID NOT BARGAIN FOR THIS! A person on a CryYellSurprisedFrownfixed income should not be punished this way.

Good morning!  I have been a customer of CashNetUSA for a long time.  I myself have been quite pleased with their customer service, which has been excellent.  I was trying to apply for a loan and their website or my computer won't transfer the information.  I finally called them, and they worked with me for awhile over the phone and got the loan to go through over the internet.  I have also spoke to them regarding their procedures and/or the status of my loan.  I have, and will continue to recommend CashNetUSA for anyone needing a loan.  I'm really surprise, and sorry you experienced such an awful experience.  I believe that the Lord with work out your financial problems.  Also, I love your faces you posted.  Kiss

Debra–Thank you for posting. I have had several conversations with Cashnetusa since yesterday morning, and they have been wonderful to me and are working with me. I am grateful for their willingness to work with me, and for their compassion shown.

I too was upset with the extremely outrageous high interest rates!  This was totally ridicules and insane!  I am even more ticked out at myself for accepting such a loan:  Int $567.81 on a $500.00 Loan!!!!!!!!  I have never seen anything like in my lifetime!

If you consistently get top marks for you service then why are sooooo many complaints coming in?  and what companies except those who accept your unfair practices to take money from innocent people.  I find your customer service deplorable and will be getting out of this immediately!!

I made a huge mistake taking out this loan. I was very sick and had to miss 2 weeks of work.

I had to borrow money so that I could keep my electric on and be able to buy food . The amount this loan is costing me every paycheck, I cant pay all my bills.This loan is a big mistake.  If your taking this loan out because of an emergency, I would advise you not to .  My electric is shut off and I still have no groceries.  Cry
