This company has bad customer service on phone and chat forums… they are not willing to help you through any process and want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.. how does a company stay in business with such poor service.

It's too bad Jerry had a bad experience. I've had very few problems with customer service and when one does pop up it's usually my fault. Their customer service is top notch in my book. I've recommended them many times. Thank you CashNetUSA

Just wait till you get sucked dry paying the installments. I had my money fast too. But they're asking loan shark fees on the repayment.

Someone tried to reach out to you to better explain the terms of your contract and left a voicemail. Your contract states that the minimum payment is 15% of your fees and outstanding principal plus interest accrued throughout the billing cycle. Transaction fees are charged when you take out an advance. We can assure you that we follow all state and federal regulations and make you aware of your repayment amounts at the time of signing.

Jerry, I agree most heartedly with your complaint. I have had nothing but trouble in trying to pin down why dates change on my account and other issues. I especially have had difficulty in tracking down payment interest and why it is applied AFTER my payment and why it was not applied on the proper date. I think this group are scammers or frauds of some sort just to get your money. I will NEVER use them again. I encourage EVERYONE to pay off their debts quick and get out. May have to just sacrifice more.
