Generally, we send an email to all customers when their requested funds are issued to their bank accounts. And generally, we deposit monies for customers who are approved by 9pm CST Monday to Thursday, by 7pm CST Sundays the next morning. While most banks have the monies available to customers very quickly, sometimes the banks take longer. You can also contact your bank's ACH department to check on the status of your deposited funds if they are processing them.
In addition, there are a couple steps when taking out a loan with our line of credit product that sometimes customers forget about:
1. If you’ve just been approved for your Line Of Credit for the first time, you will need to confirm your email address (simply respond to our email to do so). This request only happens when you apply for your first loan. Any future advances won't require you to confirm your email again.
2. If you’ve been approved for a Line of Credit and confirmed your email, you also need to request a ‘draw’, or withdrawal. Why? Let’s say that someone was approved for $750, but only needs $400 now. They should request a draw of $400, knowing that they can take out an additional $350 whenever (or if ever) they want to, but don’t have to borrow any more than they really need.
