Is customer service no longer open 24/7? I have been trying to call and it says that the hours are 8am-830 pm.

My name is Larry Huckabee, My question is how soon can I recieve another loan from cashnet after the payment for the last payment has already taken place? and do I have to fill out another loan request. This loan I would like to be set up under the Installment plan. I agree to the payments being set up at $200 per month paid directly back to cashnet via auto repay. I have forgotten my password that is listed with my account. when I request my password from my file I keep getting the answer that I will have to wait up to 8 hrs for conformation on my account password. right now my main concern is being able to get my foot in the door so the loan will be considered before the 25th. the amount I am seeking is $800 and be set up on the above request for Installment payback plan And from my family to yours (All the staff with cashnet) have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year Sincerly Larry Huckabee
